INFORMATION
Ad materials must be submitted by the due date (1st of the month of publication) to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Proofs will be supplied to advertisers who submit copy materials by the deadline. Proofs will not be provided for listings or press-ready ads. Apostrophe’s professional graphic design team will create your ad with rates starting at $35.
Ads run in process full color (CMYK). Use only CMYK in ads, not spot color. All images must be at least 300 dpi.
High-resolution PDF files are preferred. Use the “press quality” PDF setting or equivalent. The press quality resolution setting in Adobe Acrobat is 2,400 dpi. Please embed all fonts.
Images, including logos, art and photographs, must be 300 dpi. Fonts must be embedded.
Full-page ads with a bleed must include a 1/8” bleed area on all sides. It is best to keep copy 3/8” inside the trim.
Trim size of book: 8.375 inches wide by 10.875 inches deep.
